How are two discounts calculated?

Discounts are applied one after the other, just like most shops do. For example, 20% off followed by another 10% off is calculated on the already-discounted price.

How do I change the currency?

Open Settings from the main screen and choose the currency display you prefer. This changes the symbol and formatting; Promo Buddy does not convert exchange rates.

Why is the result slightly different from a shop label?

Retailers can use their own rounding rules. Promo Buddy rounds the displayed result to the standard number of decimal places for the selected currency.

Why do I see an ATT prompt?

We use Google Mobile Ads. If you don’t allow tracking, we request non-personalized ads. You can change your choice in iOS Settings.

Troubleshooting

• Use the latest versions of Promo Buddy and iOS.
• Check that the price uses the expected decimal separator.
• Close and reopen the app if the display does not refresh.
• As a last resort, delete and reinstall the app.
