The weather doesn’t load

Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app. You can also pull to refresh on the Home screen.

Location permission

Drying Buddy uses your approximate location to fetch local weather. “While Using the App” is enough. Background location is never used.

Why do I see an ATT prompt?

We use Google Mobile Ads. If you don’t allow tracking, we request non-personalized ads. You can change your choice in iOS Settings.

Notifications

Optional notifications can remind you when laundry should be dry or rain is forecast. Turn them off any time in the app or iOS Settings.

Troubleshooting

• Make sure iOS is up to date.
• Check that Location Services are enabled for Drying Buddy.
• Restart your device if weather still fails.
• As a last resort, delete and reinstall the app.
