FAQs

The weather doesn’t load.

Please check your internet connection. If it still fails, try closing and reopening the app. You can also pull to refresh on the Home screen.

Location permission

Drying Buddy uses your approximate location to fetch weather for your area. You can allow “While Using the App”. No background location is used.

Why do I see an ATT prompt?

We use Google Mobile Ads. If you don’t allow App Tracking Transparency, we serve non‑personalized ads. Your choice can be changed in iOS Settings.

Notifications

Optional notifications remind you when laundry should be dry or if rain is forecast. You can turn them off anytime in iOS Settings or in the app.

Troubleshooting

• Make sure iOS is up to date.
• Check that Location Services are enabled for Drying Buddy.
• If weather still fails, try rebooting your device.
• As a last resort, delete and reinstall the app.
